At Aestíq Wellness, we reserve dedicated time for each guest. We kindly request at least 12 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten their service or reschedule and MAY be subject to the cancellation fee. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be handled at management's discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide the best experience for all clients.
